It measures about 50 by 80 feet and has horizontal siding, a gabled corrugated metal roof, and a broad front of display windows with three recessed entrances. Inside are wood floors, chamfered posts, an overseer's platform, and original display cases. The warehouse sits about 130 feet behind and was once linked to the store by a tramway. The business passed from the co-operative to the Adin Supply Company in 1913, and George J. Harper ran it from 1920 until 1946. It is recognized as Adin's oldest and largest retail building and the main survivor of a once busy commercial district.
