Mount of Corry in the Romanesque style. A gambrel roof covers the building, which is three bays wide and ten bays long. The second floor holds a drill hall measuring approximately 51 by 75 feet, with a wood floor and a ceiling carried on steel Howe trussed arches. The main west elevation has a projecting central entrance with a segmental brick arch and stone keystone, and the front is topped by brick corbeling, small turrets, and a crenelated parapet. The armory is one of seven in Pennsylvania with its drill hall above the administrative area. Its basement held a rifle range, target pit, and instruction room, while the first floor contained a kitchen, locker room, and offices. Later alterations included bricked-up openings and new partitions, and the roof was partly replaced.","period_of_significance":"1909-1939","architect_builder":"A.P.
