Inside, the original plan survives: an open dining area and kitchen on the first floor, and a meeting hall with a dais upstairs, with original paneling, seating and grange emblems. The building replaced an 1883 hall destroyed in a fire that swept the hamlet in August 1931, and members rebuilt it with volunteer labor. The grange was founded in 1873 at the home of Jay Dimick and was the ninth in New York State.
