The wood-frame house has weatherboard and wood shingle siding, a hip roof with gables, an asymmetrical plan and an interior brick chimney with a corbeled cap. Its decoration includes turned posts on a gabled entry porch, imbricated shingles, a carved inset and a radiating spindle frieze in the gable end, an octagonal turret on the second floor, and a balcony door. A double-door entry with tripartite transom and sidelights faces west. Projecting bays and a small two-story porch add to the varied massing. The house was recorded in a local historic sites survey in 1983.
