It has a rectangular plan, a gable roof with exposed rafters and fascia, and a raised wooden parapet on the west elevation. The walls are clad in clapboard and beveled siding, and the roof is covered with composition shingle. A four-bay, two-story porch runs across the west front, with chamfered posts on the first level and turned posts, squared balusters and a spindle frieze on the second, plus jig-sawn brackets on the columns. Windows on the side elevations are wood-sash double-hung units with two-over-two lights. The building was originally residential and now serves commercial and residential uses.
